Hosted by Slow Food Hunter Valley, your inner chef will be inspired with a variety of cooking demonstrations at the Global Kitchen.

The Global Kitchen will feature different flavours from around the globe with expert presenters taking the stage to share their top cooking tips and tricks, including a cooking demonstration by Maitland Riverlights ambassador Adam Liaw.
